Livoo.in General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions (hereinafter 'Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and relevant Livoo entity (hereinafter 'Livoo/We/Us/Company') regarding your use of the web application/website www.livoo.in (hereinafter 'Site') and any Services offered or made available by Livoo, including delivery of content via the Site or through any mobile or internet-connected device (hereinafter 'Services'). Additionally, these Terms shall be applicable on all subsidiaries of Livoo Tech Innovations and all other entities/ Services where Livoo has significant Control.

Your use of the Site and Services and tools are governed by the following Terms which are incorporated herein. By mere use of the Site, you shall be contracting with Livoo. These Terms including the policies constitute your binding obligations with Livoo, therefore, it is imperative that before using the platform you acquaint yourself regarding the applicability and consequential application of these Terms.

I. Defined Terms

• "Agreement" refers to the completed application form, its attachments, and these Terms. It shall be deemed to have been executed at Noida, UP.
• "Livoo" refers to Livoo Tech Innovations Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, including its unit operating the website Livoo.in.
• "Date of Commencement" is the date indicating the acceptance of the application by the User to the Services.
• "Registration Data" is the database of all the particulars and information supplied by the User on initial application and subscription.
• "User / You" includes any Subscriber, Advertiser, Browser, or Visitor whose details are captured in the application form.

II. Services

Livoo provides various AI-powered internet-based Services through its platform, including:

• AI-powered property matching and search rankings.
• Posting property listings for rent or related hospitality services.
• Automated rent agreement generation and digital signature facilitation.
• Verified tenant KYC and background screening services.
• Payment reconciliation and digital rent collection.

III. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a valid and binding contract. Minors may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian through the guardian's registered account.

IV. Subscription Fees

The applicable Subscription Fees shall be as specified on the platform or as notified by Livoo from time to time. Subscription Fee liability shall commence from the Date of Commencement.

V. Payment, Booking & Cancellation Policy

For all Services, a portion of the total order value (up to 50%) may be considered as activation/administration charges. Refund claims are subject to the sole discretion of Livoo and shall be processed within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of submission of complete documentation.

Booking Amount

The booking amount confirms and blocks the selected bed/room and will be adjusted against the first month's rent at the time of move-in.

Security Deposit

At the time of booking or move-in, tenants may be required to pay a security deposit. A percentage of this deposit may be non-refundable, as specified during the booking process and in the rent agreement. The refundable portion is subject to deductions for damages, unpaid rent, or notice period violations.

Cancellation Conditions

• Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: 80% of the booking amount will be refunded. 20% will be deducted as administrative & blocking charges.
• Cancellation after 24 hours of booking and before the move-in date: No refund applicable.
• No-show / last-minute cancellation (within 48 hours of move-in): No refund. Booking amount will be fully forfeited.
• Change of move-in date: Allowed once, subject to availability. Must be informed at least 5 days in advance.

VI. Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
• Using automated software or bots to extract data from the Site.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting affiliations.
• Attempting unauthorized access to Livoo's secure networks or systems.

VII. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Site, Services, property listings, User data, and all related content remain the sole and exclusive property of Livoo. Any content contributed by a User (text, images, reviews) shall automatically vest in Livoo.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

Livoo, its directors, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Livoo's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to Livoo in the preceding two months.
